This delicious 48.8% ABV English Single Malt Whisky combines ex-bourbon aged and ex-Pedro Ximenez aged whisky which gives just a hint of rich fruit.  It is a combination of ex-bourbon casks R19, R17, 71, 72 and ex-Pedro Ximenez 47 & 48 all made from Laureate barley.  Distillation dates are from January 2021 to July 2021 and bottled in August 2025.  There are 1480 bottles available.

We take great care to ensure all the ingredients which go to create our whisky, are carefully selected. The water is from the spring on our farm and the barley is grown at the end of the river Nidd on another family farm, Poplars Farm, Ferrensby owned by Andrew and Ione Cumming (née Whittaker).
