Our 2025 Ex-Pedro Ximenez 54.8% ABV English Whisky Single Malt is now ready to order!
This glorious whisky is a marriage of casks 20 and 37 both made with Laureate barley, casked in August 2020 and bottled in March 2025. A beautifully smooth full-bodied sherry aged whisky with lots of heavy fruits like Christmas pudding, figs and almonds. There are only 355 bottles. This is not available to purchase in the shop until Saturday 5th April. All online purchases will be sent out from Monday 7th April.
There are two options for this product -
A single bottle in a branded box which is £85
or
A large presentation box the same as the First Release Whisky which has the bottle of 2025 Ex-Pedro Ximenez Whisky, 2 x Whittaker's Glencairn glasses and has been signed for all 3 distillers which is £125 (a real collectors' piece).
